Heat Transfer Labels (Iron-On Tags) for Clothing — Made in Ukraine
Heat transfer labels are a modern way to apply logos, sizes, and branding information without sewing. The transfer is performed under heat and pressure, allowing the image to become part of the fabric. Label of World produces heat transfers at our own facility in Zaporizhzhia (Ukraine), offering delivery nationwide and internationally.
How Heat Transfer Labels are Made
We primarily use two professional methods:
DTF Printing (Direct to Film)
The design is printed directly onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder, and cured.
- Advantages: high detail, vibrant colors, full-color printing capability, wash-resistant.
Plotter Cutting of Flex Films
The logo is cut from colored flex film and then transferred to the garment.
- Advantages: thick and sharp coating, rich colors, elasticity, and exceptional durability.
The Transfer Process & Benefits
At a temperature of 150–160 °C under a heat press or iron, the adhesive melts and bonds firmly to the fabric.
- No sewing required
- “Tagless” comfort (no skin irritation)
- High durability after multiple washes
